An app that stops changing is an app somebody stopped working on. This is the record, oldest at the bottom. Follow it by RSS.

Nine more apps compared, and a glossary
Nine apps people actually have on their phone — Nike Training Club, Strong, Hevy, JEFIT, Freeletics, Centr, Caliber, Trainwell and Sword Health — now have their own page beside VeraForma, each figure read from that app’s own App Store listing on one day and dated. Plus a glossary of the words we use, a hub for employers, gyms and trainers, and an index of every page.

What only VeraForma does, and Brad on video
A new page listing eight things no other app we could find does, each with the products we checked and what the closest rival does instead — including a straight answer on Apple’s Movement Evaluations. And Brad’s own lectures, including the twenty-one minutes on muscle balance that the whole app is built on.
-
Form guides for eighteen exercises
How to do eighteen of the movements the app programmes, the faults that show up most on each, and the fix — the squat, the deadlift, the hip hinge, the overhead press, the plank and the rest.
-
A press kit
Everything a journalist needs in one place: the boilerplate, Brad’s bio and credentials, the facts and prices, images, and an address that reaches him directly.
-
Four free tools, no sign-up
Your daily protein on a GLP-1, a strength plan after 60, a desk-break timer and what an employer perk is worth. No account, no email, nothing stored.
-
Android 1.5: the coach speaks, and knows when to stop
The camera coach speaks the fix in Brad’s own voice while you move. It pauses for a phone call and gets out of the way of your music instead of talking over it.

veraforma.fit opened
This site went up: what the app does, who it is built for, what it costs, and a comparison where every cell names the page we read it on.
Starts 6 October 2026, the day this site opened. The app itself is older than that — Brad has been training people in Orange County for over twenty years, and the lectures the app is built on were recorded in 2022.
