AI personal trainer

AI personal trainer app, built by a real personal trainer

VeraForma is an AI personal trainer app, and the method inside it was not invented by software. It is Brad Glaser’s: a NASM Master Trainer who has been training clients since 2005 and has certified over 100 trainers. The app screens how you move, then writes the training and watches you do it.

Free account, no card. Brad’s questions. One squat on camera. Then your results.

How it works

Where the plan comes from.

A person wrote the rules.

The screen, the faults it names and the corrective work that follows are Brad’s method — the one he uses standing next to a client in his Irvine studio. The studio →

The AI never gets the last word on your body.

Disagree with a call and a human settles it: two disputed calls a month on a free account, six on Premium. Brad reads them himself.

It starts from your own movement, not a questionnaire.

Brad’s questions, then one squat on camera. The faults the screen finds shape the plan. The free movement screen →

VeraForma beside five apps that call themselves AI trainers.

Every competitor cell has a numbered source below. Not found = not in the store listings and vendor pages we read. Partly = it does some of it, as the note says. Disputed = the company’s own pages and an independent review do not agree. Not compared = a cell we have not filled for that app. Figures carry the date we read them; spot something out of date and email VeraFormaApp@gmail.com.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is an AI personal trainer app?

An app that writes and adjusts your training itself instead of handing you a fixed plan. What varies enormously is what the software is reasoning from: a questionnaire, the weights you logged, or how you actually move.

Who is the trainer behind VeraForma?

Brad Glaser, a NASM Master Trainer. He has been training clients since 2005, founded OC Personal Training in Irvine, California in 2008, and has certified over 100 personal trainers. The app is his method. His studio →

Does the AI get the last word?

No. If you think a call is wrong, a human settles it — two disputed calls a month on a free account, six on Premium, read by Brad himself.

Can it replace a personal trainer?

For an hour a week with someone watching you, no, and we will not pretend otherwise. For the other 167 hours, when nobody is watching, that is the job it does. If you want both, Brad trains clients in person in Irvine and 1-on-1 online. Train with Brad →

Does it do nutrition as well as training?

Yes, and on a free account: a meal plan built from your numbers and your training, recipes sized to your targets, food logging and three AI photo logs a day.

What does it cost?

Free for good: the movement screen, Phase 1 of your program, the camera form watch and all of nutrition. Premium is $29.99 a month or $249.99 a year. Pricing →

VeraForma is coaching, not medicine. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it does not replace your doctor or physio.

Built by Brad Glaser · NASM Master Trainer · NASM-CPT, CES, PES · training clients since 2005 · has certified 100+ personal trainers.

He owns OC Personal Training, his 1-on-1 studio in Irvine. The same method he uses standing next to a client, built into the app.
