Add up the apps you already pay for — the usual stack comes to more than a trainer does.

A trainer once a week: $55 an hour, the lowest single US average we found (Thumbtack; Bark gives $50 to $90 a session), × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = $238.33 a month. Read 7 October 2026.

What you get

Most apps count your reps. VeraForma watches you do them.

No other app we could find lets you just start moving, names the exercise from your phone's camera mid-set, and, once you tap to confirm, checks your form on it.

Merissa, VeraForma's AI-generated fitness model, demonstrating a goblet squat from the side, with lines drawn along her torso and her shin: torso 20.7° and shin 21.8°

The line, drawn on the body. The angles, measured on the rep itself.

This demonstration features a synthetic performer: Merissa, VeraForma's AI-generated fitness model.

The camera shows its work.

Free

Prop your phone up. The camera watches your set, names what it sees with the number it measured, and draws the line on your body. With Premium, it speaks the fix while you move.

The rep you couldn't feel.

Free

After each set you get the fault, the fix, the worst reading, and a photo of the rep where it happened.

The fix, out loud.

Premium

With Premium, the coach speaks the fix while you move — “Knees out.” “Chest up.” — and sticks to what matters most.

Your plan, from your screen.

Run your movement screen yourself and see the faults a trainer would name, free. With Premium, every phase after Phase 1 is rebuilt from your latest screen. Premium

How does Premium compare with a personal trainer?

A trainer once a week runs about $238 a month. Premium is $29.99 — and it's with you every workout, not one hour a week.

Phase 1 is free for as long as you want it. Get Premium here with a card, or in the Android app through Google Play.

Why go Premium?

The consult is free. The prescription is what you sign up for.

With Premium, every phase after Phase 1 is rebuilt from your latest screen.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time: on the web in Manage billing, in the Android app through Google Play.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go through Google Play, the same place you paid.

How much AI comes with Premium?

Plan coach, up to 25 questions a day; more AI food logging, 10 a day instead of 3; gym scan, up to 5 a day.

AI food logging is free: 3 a day with a free account.

Android, web or iPhone?

All three.

Get the Android app on Google Play. On an iPhone or a computer, open veraforma.app in your browser and start today.

The App Store app is in Apple's review.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one, and no card. Your training, your food and your screen results sync to it.

What do I need to train?

Prop your phone up.

Built around the kit you have: a full gym, dumbbells, bands, or nothing at all.

Gym with no signal? Set it up once with a signal, then train with zero bars.

Is the camera private?

The camera reads you on your phone. Your form-check video stays on your phone unless you choose to send it.

What syncs from a watched set is data, never a picture.

You decide what else goes: a meal photo or a gym scan is sent to be read by AI; a photo or set you choose to send Brad goes to him; and a bug report or a wall post goes where you send it.

Do the AI features train on my data?

The AI features never use your health data to train AI models.

Can I take my data with me?

Export your data, or delete your account yourself in Settings.

Any ads?

No advertising, no outside analytics, no trackers. We do not sell your data.

On a GLP-1 medication?

In the big GLP-1 trials, up to 40% of the weight people lost was lean mass, not fat.

Strength-train through the weight loss: Phase 1 of your strength programme free for as long as you want it, plus a free strength check.
