For personal trainers
You get one hour a week. VeraForma has the other 167.
Your client's form does not stop mattering when they walk off your floor.
It does not write their programme and it does not decide what they need. You do. It watches the sets you are not there for, measures them, and tells you what happened before they see you again.
The honest part
It does not replace you. It reports to you.
Every app that watches a client is sold to the client as a cheaper trainer. This one is sold to the trainer.
The camera does not know your client has a bad shoulder, what you are building them towards, or why you are holding them in this phase for another month. You know that. What the camera does is stand in the corner on the days you are not there, measure what actually happened, and hand it to you.
And on the one thing an app should never get the final word on, it does not have it. Your client can dispute anything the camera called. The dispute goes to you, not to a support queue. You answer it with your verdict and a note in your own words, and your answer is what stands on their record.
Your desk
Your roster. Yours only.
You see your own clients and nobody else's. Ask the server for someone else's client and it answers "not your client" before it reads a thing.
- Every watched set. What the camera called, the degrees it measured, the reps, and the range on each one.
- Their movement screen. The imbalances it found, and the corrective work it put in front of them.
- Their numbers. Weigh-ins, body fat and tape measurements, each figure beside the one before it.
- Their food. What they logged, against the targets their plan set.
- Their screen. Step into their app and see exactly what they see, without changing anything.
Between sessions
Tell it what to do with them. It holds the line.
Standing orders go from your desk to their app on the next sync, and they stay until you change them. What you decided on Monday is still what the app is doing on Thursday.
Message them in the app and it goes to them, not to a bot. Write once and send it to your whole roster, and it arrives as a private message in each client's own thread - never a group chat, nobody sees who else got it, and every reply comes back to you alone.
What your client gets
A coach in their pocket that answers to you.
- The camera watches the set. It names what it sees with the number it measured, and draws the line on their body.
- After each set: the fault, the fix, the worst reading, and a photo of the rep where it happened.
- Six training phases, four weeks each, from control to strength to power.
- Their movement screen shapes what they train, so every session goes where their body needs it most.
- A meal logged five ways: search it, scan it, snap it, describe it, or type it in.
Your client keeps their account if they ever stop training with you. It is theirs, not yours and not ours - which is the only arrangement a client should accept, and the only one that makes them trust it enough to use.
Who built it
Brad Glaser owns a personal-training studio in Southern California. The screening, the phase progression, the corrective sequencing: this is the same protocol he uses standing next to a client, written into an app.
Which is why it is built the way a trainer would want it rather than the way an app company would: your judgement outranks the camera, your clients are yours, and nothing in it tries to sell your client a cheaper version of you.
Questions
Straight answers.
Is this going to replace me?
No, and it is not built to. It has no way to write a programme on its own, no way to decide what a client needs, and no way to overrule you - your verdict on a disputed call is the one that stands.
What it replaces is the guessing you do between sessions about what they actually did.
What does it cost me, and what does it cost my client?
Talk to Brad - he is setting the first coaches up himself, one at a time, rather than opening a sign-up form.
Your client can start for nothing: unlimited movement screens, free for good, and Phase 1 free for as long as they want it.
Premium is $29.99 a month, or $249.99 a year.
Can I see another coach's clients?
No. Your key reaches your roster and nothing else, and the refusal happens on the server before any record is read.
Whose data is it?
Your client's. They made the account, they keep it, and they keep it if they stop training with you.
I work out of a gym. Can the gym do this for everyone?
Yes - that is a separate thing, and it is free to the gym. See how it works for gyms.
