For gyms
One in three members will leave this year. Most of them just stop showing up.
Give every member a coach for the days they cannot get to you.
Free to the gym. A single-use code each, no contract, no card, and you never see a member's data.
Why they go
They do not quit your gym. They quit the habit.
66.4%
Member retention averaged 66.4% for the year in the Health & Fitness Association's 2025 benchmarking report, drawn from 175 companies and more than 17,000 facilities. About one member in three leaves every year.
53%
In a 2026 survey of 1,393 US gym members by Zenoti, 53% said they had stopped attending at some point without ever formally cancelling. The reason given was not price and not a bad experience. Life got busy.
That is the whole problem in one line. The membership does not break on the day they cancel. It breaks on the first Tuesday they could not come in, and then on the second.
A member who trains at home on the Tuesday they missed is still a member on Thursday. That is what this is for: not another reason to come in, but something that keeps the habit alive on the days they cannot.
What every member gets
Their personal trainer, injury coach, and nutrition coach, in one app.
- A camera that watches the set. It names what it sees with the number it measured, and draws the line on their body.
- After each set: the fault, the fix, the worst reading, and a photo of the rep where it happened.
- Six training phases, four weeks each, from control to strength to power.
- A movement screen that shapes what they train, so every session goes where their body needs it most.
- A meal logged five ways: search it, scan it, snap it, describe it, or type it in.
What you see
You never see a member's data.
Not their weight, not their training, not their food. The gym is shown counts and nothing else - and a count below ten reads "fewer than ten", so nobody in a small class can be worked out from it.
That is not a policy we are promising to keep. It is the only thing the system is able to tell you.
It is also why members use it. A wellness perk that reports back to the people who run the building gets installed once and opened never.
How it reaches members
A code each. Not a coupon.
Every member gets their own single-use code, eight characters long, with no letters anyone can misread. One code, one member, once.
There is deliberately no shared gym-wide code, because a shared code is on the internet by the end of the week and the perk stops being yours to give.
The code itself is never stored anywhere - only a keyed hash of it - so it cannot leak from us either.
Members redeem it in a browser. Up to 5,000 seats.
Your trainers
And your floor staff get a desk.
The trainers working out of your gym can run their own clients on it: their roster and nobody else's, every set the camera watched between sessions, and the final word on anything it called.
Who built it
Brad Glaser owns a personal-training studio in Southern California. The screening, the phase progression, the corrective sequencing: the same protocol he uses standing next to a client, built into the app.
Questions
Straight answers.
What does it cost the gym?
Nothing. No contract, no card, and nothing to sign. Stop new sign-ups any time with one email.
How long do members get?
Three months of Premium, free, and then the free plan - which keeps their movement screens and Phase 1 with no time limit, so nobody is left with nothing when the three months end.
Do we have to hand over a member list?
No. You say how many codes you need and pass them on yourself. We never receive a member list, and we could not tell you who used a code if you asked.
Does this compete with our personal trainers?
No - it is built to report to a trainer, not to replace one. A member doing their own sessions at home is a member still training when they next walk in.
What do members need?
A phone. The Android app is on Google Play, and on an iPhone or a computer it opens in the browser.
What you are handing them
A trainer plus 19 apps. For nothing.
Assembled piece by piece, what each member gets here runs to $1,092.74 a month: a personal trainer one hour a week, and nineteen apps, one per category. VeraForma is $29.99.
To your gym it is nothing at all.
