How do I start?
Make a free account, answer Brad's questions and film one squat. VeraForma builds your programme from what it sees, and your next weight is worked out after every set, ready before you start.
Does it work in a gym?
Yes. Built around the kit you have: a full gym, dumbbells, bands or nothing at all. Prop your phone up where it can see all of you; if it needs to move, the app tells you where.
What does it cost?
Free for good: your movement screen, Phase 1 of your programme, the camera form watch and all of nutrition. Premium is $29.99 a month, or $249.99 a year, and adds the later phases and the fix spoken mid-set.
